I wrote to support several times,, but never got response from them totally dead contact, No livechat, no response via email even in working days and no other means to contact them..

It's the second time I submitted a complaint against on line casino and finally they helped me to withdraw my winnings. Their service is very good and I think they do this honestly.

I have been into gambling for years now , was with casino genesis vip member, since they have shut down in India i moved to big bazi ... Let me tell you .since lately i have been playing a lot with them . When you compare gaming interface it is great or i would say excellent... But thr customer support ,,, i won't even give them one star pathetic,, they are robotic whether it is live chat or write an email to them ,, they won't tell you more than what is written on thr site. Big bazi brag about thr payment methods it sucks... Most of the upi IDs are in valid ,,so you can't make payments,,some are working and thr have been couple of instances after making payments it didn't reflected on my account ... Then you ll have to wait till 72hours or may be 7 banking days ( Big bazi customer support need to understand upi payment is done and is successful it won't come back to our account becoz it is not an NEFT payment) . But trust me even writing an email and replying on thr email they won't say anything extra same copy paste i dint think so they read your e-mails. The customer support don't understand once UTR is generated it means payment has been received by their payment provider now why is that we have to suffer ... I even tried net banking method as i use to do same in genesis and in an hour i would get my account credited... But here in big bazi i tried once they credited my account after 4 days so i stopped net banking method , mostly i use upi but again lately two of my payments are stuck .if i compare thr customer support to genesis casino they are not even near to them forget about competing ... Let's come to bonuses.They brag about live casino cashback of 10% trust me it fake ... I never got one i lost in lacks .... But when I tried to contact thr live chat and even mailed for the same ... Standard answer was if you qualify you get it ... I told them i lost 2 lakh inr between Friday till Sunday and you can check my transactions.. but as i said earlier robotic ... Nothing happened then i stopped asking .. We all understand that payments at times do get stuck or may be it is thr payment provider who is not responding for the same but a player who has given and deposited his hard earn money shouldn't be penalized for that . Thr should be bonus for inconvenience as i used to get in Genesis casino ,,, since they knew it is thr payment provider who is delaying it. Big bazi payment team should know which payment methods bounce back to bank accounts once not claimed and which not .An UPI payment would never bounce bank to its original account becoz they don't have account details .only a NEFT payment can be bounced back to the bank account .. so why to write that you need to wait for 7 banking days ... When they know it is Google pay payment.
