But after trying to redeem my account got permanently Closed. For violating the terms I didn't know i was violating anything. I didn't do it on purpose. And now they won't even email me back saying what terms I violated. It really sucks that's the most I've ever won. That 50k would of done so much. But I got ripped off.I don't see what I did so wrong besides winning. I wish they would at least email back telling me why ridiculous

The agent through fb Christina gen decided to liie and say she never received my deposit first sent money the 18th and then the 19th i hit the max for cashout 360 which she paid 210 and thats when she said she didnt receive the money , btw ots was now the 20th so she said the 150 was put back in the game and the minimum to cashout was 750 max 1500 i hit the max.
